Cash Flow Coordinator

High Visibility * Competitive Pay * A Team That Loves What They Do

If you're energized by organized workflows, smooth processes, and making sure money moves the way it should, this is a role you'll thrive in. We're looking for a Cash Flow Coordinator who enjoys balancing detail with big-picture awareness - someone who wants to be the steady force behind accurate, timely financial movement.

This role is perfect for someone who loves solving problems, building relationships, and being part of a team where ideas matter.

About the Role

As the Cash Flow Coordinator, you'll help keep the financial heartbeat of the company running strong. You'll manage payment posting, account reconciliation, customer follow-up, and financial tracking - while working with a supportive group that values communication, clarity, and continuous improvement.

You won't just be checking boxes - you'll play a meaningful role in strengthening financial processes and helping the business grow.

What You'll Do

  • Track and update incoming payments with accuracy and timeliness
  • Reconcile accounts and research any discrepancies
  • Partner with customers on payment issues, timing, and cash application questions
  • Maintain clean, organized financial records and documentation
  • Support cash flow reporting and weekly reviews
  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure alignment across AR, AP, and Finance
  • Help streamline processes and improve efficiency across the cash cycle

Who You Are

  • Dependable, organized, and comfortable managing moving parts
  • A problem-solver who enjoys finding answers and preventing future issues
  • Someone who communicates clearly and professionally
  • Detail-oriented, with a knack for seeing patterns and catching inconsistencies
  • Experienced in AR, billing, cash application, banking, or general accounting support
  • A team player who wants to grow and contribute in meaningful ways

Why You'll Love It Here

  • A collaborative, people-first culture where your ideas are welcomed
  • Leadership that values transparency, development, and accountability
  • A team that genuinely enjoys working together and celebrates wins
  • Competitive pay and great opportunities to grow into future roles
  • A stable environment paired with a forward-thinking mindset
  • Clear processes, supportive training, and room to make improvements

If you're ready for a role where your detail skills, communication strengths, and financial acumen truly make a difference, we'd love to meet you.
